I caught the Robotech animated series in the late 80s, and by the early 90s, I was hooked. After being infected with the Battletech bug, as well as pen & paper role-playing games like Midgard, Cthulhu, and Warhammer Fantasy Role Play 1, as well as various tabletop games, things took off. Of course, all those tin figures wanted to be painted, but there are so many of them!
At first, I limited myself to painting a few mechs and other figures.
Unfortunately, in the following years, I devoted more and more time to computers, but I remained committed to the hobby, albeit very rarely.
Of course, I continued to diligently collect books and miniatures!
I have many other hobbies, including traditional archery, axe throwing, blacksmithing, leatherworking, etc., but I no longer have the time to pursue them all.
My job took me to Switzerland in 2012, and after just over eight years in this wonderful country, my wife and I returned to Germany, near Koblenz, with our children in 2021, primarily for family reasons.
Fortunately, old contacts with friends from the Battletech scene survived the time.
Then, in 2023, my friend Babek launched the WW2 air combat game Air Raid 36/46 and offered me a collaboration.
This is how I returned to active gaming, devoting myself to the further development of Air Raid and, of course, to painting miniatures.
With this website, I would like to offer you my skills.
